Add a number of drops to an essential oil diffuser as desired and diffuse into a room environment.
This blend is to be used for enhancing romantic and sexual occasions. Not โViagraโ of course, the blends of relaxing and uplifting effects on mood and its gentle stimulating effects on the Sacral Chakra make it a useful addition to creating an atmosphere for romance and lovemaking.
This blend is also useful to help lift minor depression. It is especially useful for women who have just recently given birth. For example, the Clary Sage in the blend is useful in helping to balance the sex hormones (even by inhalation only) which can be helpful in dealing with mild postpartum depression. Although Intimacy is perfect for postpartum, it should be avoided by pregnant women.

For use on the body:
From 8 to 12 drops can be added to 10mL of a good quality vegetable oil to create a massage oil. The massage oil can be used with intimate partners in giving and receiving a sensual massage.
This massage blend can also be self-applied, best applied to the lower abdomen and the heart area.
For a sensuous bath:
Fill the bath and then add 5 to 8 drops of Intimacy Blend to the bath water. Mix the surface of the water with your hand to make sure it is dispersed.
The essential oils in the bath will penetrate the skin to some degree and the warm bath water helps to evaporate some of the essential oil to release their aroma.
Alternatively, you can mix in 5 to 8 drops of the Intimacy Blend to 1 or 2mL of a good quality vegetable oil (such as Apricot Oil) first and then mix into the bath water. This method prevents any small risk of skin irritation from undiluted essential oils and adds the benefits of a vegetable oil on your skin.
