For inhalations: Add 6 drops to an essential oil diffuser. If symptom is serious for the youngster, place face close to diffuser and inhale deeply for ten to fifteen minutes. This can be done two to three times per day.
Diffuse 6 drops of the Blend in a bedroom throughout the night.

For applying to the body: Little Easy Breathe Blend is gentle enough to be applied to the skin undiluted (patch test required!!) or it can be diluted with an certain amount of a good vegetable oil (Apricot Oil) to stop any potential skin irritation.
Dilute 1โ3% in Apricot Oil (for children under 9, use a gentler dilution like 1%) before applying to upper chest or back to help with congestion and infection.
For a healing bath: Fill the bath and then add 8 drops of the Blend to the bath water.
Mix the surface of the water to make sure it is dispersed.
