Bath – Blend the oils together, then mix with a dispersant (like Solubiliser). Add 10 to 30 drops to a warm bath. For a foot bath, 5–10 drops is plenty.
Massage – Add the blend to a carrier oil, up to a 2.5% dilution. Massage gently over the hands, feet, shoulders, whatever feels comforting. Even a short self-massage before bed can work wonders when done with presence.
