Use the tools included to add 1-2 drops to the diffusing bottle of the necklace and the central bead of the bracelet to create the atmosphere. Add a few drops to Rose Quartz Glass for natural and discretionary diffusing.
This blend is also useful to help lift minor depression. It is especially useful for women who have just recently given birth. For example, the Clary Sage in the blend is useful in helping to balance the sex hormones (even by inhalation only) which can be helpful in dealing with mild postpartum depression. Although Intimacy is perfect for postpartum, it should be avoided by pregnant women.
From 8 to 12 drops can be added to 10mL of a good quality vegetable oil to create a massage oil. The massage oil can be used with intimate partners in giving and receiving a sensual massage.
This massage blend can also be self-applied, best applied to lower abdomen & the heart area.
Fill the bath and then add 5 to 8 drops of Intimacy Blend to the bath water. Mix the surface of the water with your hand to make sure it is dispersed.
The essential oils in the bath will penetrate the skin to some degree and the warm bath water helps to evaporate some of the essential oil to release their aroma.
Alternatively, you can mix in 5 to 8 drops of the Intimacy Blend to 1 or 2mL of a good quality vegetable oil (such as Apricot Oil) first & then mix into the bath water. This method prevents any small risk of skin irritation from undiluted essential oils & adds the benefits of a vegetable oil on your skin.
